Grace and peace to you in the name of Jesus. As we enter the month of August, the 8th month of the year, I am reminded of the spiritual meaning of the number eight new beginnings, fresh starts, and the birthing of God’s promises. I believe deeply that our church is spiritually pregnant with purpose, carrying something God-given that is ready to be released into the Santa Clarita Valley.
For months, the Lord has been shaping us, stretching us, and preparing us for what is coming next. I want to encourage you to stay faithful, stay prayerful, and continue being the loving, agape-centered community that reflects Christ so beautifully. Your kindness, your service, and your unity are part of what God is using to prepare us for this new season.
As we move through August, let’s walk with expectation. What God has planted in us is growing, and we are close to seeing it come forth. I am grateful for each of you and excited for what God is about to do through Valencia Christian Center.
